Samsung India-poor customer service in nawada bihar

Sir, I have complained regarding ac not cooling on17 june19, 20 june 19 and today from nawada bihar but no action has been taken while i have called several time to customer care to fix above issue. Further more as per customer care on 22nd june services team has visited at location and fixed the problem while none of them have been visited to see the problems. Hence being a customer we are worried to buy any other product from samsung.

Ghaziabad Nagar Nigam-disposal of garbage

I am resident of 14 hig duplex, chander nagar. The neighbours have turned the corner of the flat into dumping ground for throwing garbage. Ihad submitted written complaint to nng, vasundhra, about 2 months back but no action taken by concerned officials till date. I therefore request to kindly instruct the nng to get the garbage removed at the earliest.

Realme-received defective product

I had ordered realme xt phone from on sep 16. My order number is[protected]. Now i have received a manufacturing defective piece. When called them they said to visit their service centre when i went there they said it will take more than 2 weeks for replacement. Very pathetic. I need immediate replacement. Very bad after sales service

Viv0-headphones not covered under warranty

I have got Vivo v11 pro from poorvika by last year september 2018 where I got an headphones along with it. After 2 months, one side of the earphones not getting played. I went to customer care and rejected my claim due to a dust available over the mesh. I wrote a complaint to Vivo customer care but no response. Finally sent the headphones to their office address too but no use. Mfg defects to be covered by company but to avoid the same, many service providers are doing these like. Don't go for warranty claim as yours also will be rejected and company also will be silent watch from their back.

Nokia India-charging problem

I purchased nokia 5.1+ couple of months before, after 1 months i faced problem in charging slot, nokia service centre changed my slot during that issue. Now again after a month i am facing the same charging slot problem. How many times i have to change this. Fed up with this phone. I need to do a fir in the name of nokia plz suggest. Refund or replacement i need.
