Kokilaben Hospital-payment department

My wife admitted in icu for more that 20 days. I found that payment department will not giving proper suggestions. There treat like us to sale their product not giving proper suggestion to minimize our huge amount bill to minimize. My wifre initially admitted in twin share after that she admitted in icu and they charging us high charges after i told them i am not able to bear this high charges i want to degrade my plan. But they are saying it is not possible but my friend working over their tell me it is possible. But at last i accepted what what they told me because at that time my patient is important for me. Secondly till date i am not received refund amount more tha 2.5 month. Which should be courier with in 45 days.
