I purchase a khaitan gas gyser on 9th octuber 2018. From last july 2019 i am facing a problem in my gyser and i registered a complain having complain no ava759828 dated 22/07/2019. Then technician visited at site and check the gyser and found that it has been burnet properly and told me they will change it asap. After that i am regularly calling him and coustomer care no and also call to mr ramesh (Head of service department) but i am not got any response from there side. Even they guys not picking my phone calls.
After that i again complain on 12/08/2019 having complain no ava765242 but not get any response and i again register a new complain on 16/09/2019 having complain no ava774950 and again call to technician and to mr ramesh but they guys but my no in block list and then i called to coustomer care no they told me they will resolve this issue in one or two days.
But till date my problem is not resolved. So i request u to plese change my gyser asap. My gyser is in warrenty period.
