I have got Vivo v11 pro from poorvika by last year september 2018 where I got an headphones along with it. After 2 months, one side of the earphones not getting played. I went to customer care and rejected my claim due to a dust available over the mesh. I wrote a complaint to Vivo customer care but no response. Finally sent the headphones to their office address too but no use.
Mfg defects to be covered by company but to avoid the same, many service providers are doing these like. Don't go for warranty claim as yours also will be rejected and company also will be silent watch from their back.
