Online Complaint reserves the right to update these Terms of use from time to time. Please re-read them on occasion. All updates supersede any previous Terms of use. A user of this site automatically accepts the new updated version.

As a user of Online Complaint, you acknowledge that Online Complaint does not pre-screen or edit posted messages. You and only you are responsible for the content of your messages, and the consequences that may follow your publications.

Online Complaint does not knowingly allow incorrect or factually incorrect information to remain posted. If Online Complaint is instructed to remove and delete a posted message by a court, then the message will be removed and deleted.

Online Complaint always believes that the User has a positive intent in writing their message, in helping themselves, in helping other Users, in helping the subject business provide a better product or service.

A complaint message is to be a description of a situation experienced by a User. The complaint is only a personal perception and/or opinion based on the user own personal experience can be powerful, or meaningless, in the opinion of Online Complaint, depending upon the context and content of what is written. We're not responsible for the way that information is interpreted by whoever reads it. Which may vary from person to person, depending on who they are, their own personal experiences, biases, opinions, etc. Online Complaint does not edit or censor posted messages or investigate them for accuracy.

Users are solely responsible for transferred data, anti-virus protection, and malware. Online Complaint is not responsible for any damage caused by using this web page and its contents, or damage caused by any data transfer. 

Posting or publishing of any illegal, improper, copyright protected, rude, abusive, promotional, spam, violent or contentious material is strictly prohibited and will get your account blocked, forever. Online Complaint has the final say and a Zero Tolerance policy. 

Posted messages should describe a personal, firsthand experience. If a person experienced something personally, that person owns that information about their perception of, and opinion about, that personal experience, and is free to discuss their opinion about that experience, as a human, citizen, and legal entity, unless previously, already contractually bound otherwise.

Online Complaint reserves the right to delete, alter, edit, reject or remove any Complaints that do not comply with these Guidelines or meet Online Complaint ’ standards. Online Complaint may remove any offending Listings solely based on its own reasonable judgment.

All information on Online Complaint is confidential, private and safe.

If the Online Complaint site user is contractually bound not to discuss a subject, that message author takes it upon their own risk if they post a message to Online Complaint about that subject, because that message will be posted on Online Complaint for public view.

The user grants the company operating Online Complaint the rights to process their personal information for payout and marketing purposes. This consent also applies to occasional informational emails which we may send out to our users. The user states that they have given the consent of their own free will, and they can recall it anytime, through a written email. 

We encourage all parties to settle conflicts or disagreements between themselves. If this is not possible, you can contact Customer Service on Online Complaint.

In case of any dispute, Online Complaint reserves the right to block the user’s account, at its sole discretion, pending review. During this period, both parties are prohibited from using OnlineComplaint .in.

Online Complaint reserves the right to put any account on hold or permanently disable accounts due to the breach of these terms of service or due to any illegal or inappropriate use of the Site or services.

Violation of Online Complaint 's Terms of Service may get your account disabled permanently.

If you come across any content that may violate our Terms of Service, you should report it to us through the appropriate channels created to handle those issues as outlined in our Terms of Service. All cases are reviewed by our team. To protect individual privacy, the results of the investigation are not shared.   

The following content is prohibited from any Listings created by User of this site:-

False,misleading,inaccurate, or unsubstantiated claims or content,Adult Services & Pornography,Inappropriate Behavior & Language,Phishing and Spam, Spyware,Trojan horses, or viruses ,Intellectual Property Claims,Fraud / Unlawful Use,Targeted Abuse, Defamation, harassment, hate speech, racism, gender inequality, derogatory or distasteful, or misrepresentation against others,Multiple Accounts,Selling Accounts,Fictional third-party reviews, endorsements, or comments, Black Hat methods, Methods that may violate a third party network’s Terms of Service,Methods that violate the Online Complaint  Terms of Service.

We wish to remind that Online Complaint, OnlineComplaint.in  content is based on User Generated Content (UGC). Online Complaint does not check user uploaded/created content for violations of copyrights, trademarks or other rights. We invite everyone to 
report suspected violations together with proof of ownership. Content that has been reported and that has been found guilty of violating these terms will be removed.

Online Complaint is not responsible for helping Users resolve their complaints; 

Posted messages may be indexed by internet search engines. When posted to Online Complaint messages are exposed to public view, and are made available for indexing and reproduction by third-party search engines and directories. Online Complaint has no control over the content taken from Online Complaint by third-party sites. 

By submitting a complaint, you grant the owner of this site, Online Complaint, the irrevocable, transferable, worldwide right to use, reproduce, and display any such information for any purpose commercial or otherwise without compensation to any party.

The Service is provided to individuals only and for personal use only. You agree to use the Service only to post (send) and view (receive) personal messages. Any unauthorized commercial use of the Service, or the resale of its services, is expressly prohibited.
